We’ve got slow-roasted lamb and a rich malbec on the menu for a cosy evening in. Our lamb hotpot is cooked with lots of red wine and garlic and topped with rich dauphinoise-style potatoes. It pairs brilliantly with the ripe black fruit flavours of an Opi Malbec from our friends at Laithwaites.
