  1. This is, in fact, The Beck™, yes? The reason for the sign, and the sign-off, and kinda this whole cooking thing?

  2. We love making pizza from pita bread we find on clearance. Also if you have it, you can make 2 ingredient pizza dough from plain greek yogurt and AP flour. It tastes really good! Its 2c of flour( plus more for dusting) to every 1c of greek yogurt.

  3. Don't want to make the dough you can buy it or if you have flat bread or even french loaf you can make a great pizza one time I used freshly made tortillas and pizza sauce cheese and pepperoni and made I guess a pizza taco 😂. I have even done the unthinkable made pizza lasagna and I also made pizza dough , spaghetti sauce, and yeah cold cuts and cheese if I just added lettuce it would have been a pizza sandwich 😂

  4. Pizza is very forgiving, it's bread, whatever sauce, cheese and whatever you got. Bread and cheese, guaranteed winner.

  5. You can let the shaped dough rise slightly (15 minutes) for a chewier crust before adding sauce and cheese

  6. Just fyi everyone, when you put the yeast in with water and sugar and wait, it is actually to prove that your yeast is in fact alive. And if you in fact skip this crucial step, — you wind up with hot cross hockey pucks instead of hot cross buns.

And then when your family laughs at you and you go buy new yeast….you wind up with loaves that you probably should have split into 3 instead of 2 because they rose so far above the pan you had to pray they were not accidentally Yorkshire pudding. 😂😂😂❤

  7. Kiki, you can also make mini pizza cups in a muffin tin with canned biscuits for the dough and traditional red pasta sauce❤ its a great dinner to make with kids because they can help make them and they're a quick dinner! ❤❤

  8. "Pizza bread" with no sauce or cheese is also really good. Olive oil, garlic, and herbs on the dough and bake.

  9. What a great recipe and thank you so much for sharing! Please check the temperatures you posted. As someone who is bilingual Fahrenheit/Celsius I don't think the temperatures you posted are correct.

  10. I need to save this because I believe I can finally make a pizza dough. Considering all my pizza fails, this will be a win. I learn better through visuals. Thank you

  11. That’s essentially my grandma’s pizza dough recipe that she gave me. She was Italian and made pizza for decades. Pizza is delicious.

  12. Remember to oil your pan… I like using the canned pizza dough especially when it's on special at the market.

  13. so my husband and I do not like Tomato sauce, so we do oil with garlic and spices, just warm them all for 30 secs to bloom the flavors, let cool then spread over the dough. Last do the normal cheese and other stuff 😁 If your lactose intolerant, try fontina cheese instead. we dont each pizza out anymore as homemade is much better.

  14. 2 ingredient pizza dough saved my life as a childcare cook. Greek yoghurt and self raising flour. Equal parts. This can also be used as scroll dough and if you add a bit of sugar you can even make sweet buns!

  15. And, if you can make the dough ahead and leave it covered in the fridge for a day or two, it tastes even better!

  16. I like bbq sauce, roasted peppers, and green olives, and pineapple on (used to use ham but my body decided it's allergic, so I use olives for the saltiness, not as good, but helps the cravings)
