Morning Mike, bought the suggested Prosecco on Saturday morning, along with some lovely cheeses but as the day went on, had to retreat to my bed with some sort of lurgy. I enjoyed the show this morning with a cuppa. Mr Fizz, is an excellent watch/listen with some really nice flavour details of the various wines. Your story of the cows tongue was hilarious and gross at the same time! I love dry white wines, so normally buy Italian or French, but am open to trying others. The red sparklings sound interesting. Pork pie with wine, who knew! Lol. Great show.
Australians don't like pork pies… They can't understand why they are served cold! We are big pie eaters but traditional meat/veggie pies, not of the cold pork variety 😂 Enjoyed this episode 👏🏼
Great video, Mike. Lots to drink there, and it looks fantastic. Can you do some non-alcoholic wines, not next week, but in the future, as I'm always the driver? Great stuff and such an education.
Viewing down under in nz and this prosecco brand is in our local supermarket, I will buy this next time as I’m always lost as to which one is should buy for my aperol spritz thank you mike and Chris, once again I’ve learnt something useful from your programme Mike ❤

Mike 'Oliver Twist' Graham…. Prosecco, 'can I have a bit more'? Brie, 'can I have another block'? LOL.
Personally, I used to have a bottle of champagne with fish and chips, with a pickled onion and wally, every Friday night. Strangely, the price of Champagne, though increased, has not gone up as much as fish and chips.
I would recommend an Austrian wine, Gruner Veltline, though in 1985 there was a bit of a scandal with Austrian wine. I will let you Google that yourself.

Pretzels the most overrated food ever. Great Mike
I do love the expert guy doing everything correctly and Mike just glugging it down in one go and then saying 'can I have another one please?' 🙂
Never change Mike!!!
