Ingredients:
Fats & aromatics: 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ yellow onion (chopped), 4 garlic cloves (minced)
Meat: ½ lb ground beef (Italian sausage optional)
Seasoning: ½ tsp Italian seasoning, ¼ tsp paprika, pinch red pepper flakes, salt & pepper
Tomato base: 2 tbsp tomato paste, 24 oz marinara, ½ tsp honey (optional), ½ tsp each dried basil, oregano, parsley
Liquid & pasta: 3½ cups beef broth, ¼–⅓ no-boil lasagna noodles (broken)
Creamy finish: ½ cup heavy cream, ½ cup cream cheese, ¼ cup parmesan, ½ cup mozzarella, 1 small garlic clove, parsley
Instructions:
Sauté onion & garlic in butter + olive oil.
Brown meat with seasonings.
Stir in tomato paste, then marinara, honey, and dried herbs. Simmer 2–3 min.
Add broth + broken noodles; cook 12–15 min, stirring.
Turn off heat; stir in heavy cream.
Mix cheese + garlic + parsley separately, then add 2–3 tbsp to soup. Let rest 5 min.
Serve bowls topped with extra cheese mix, parsley, and a drizzle of cream.
