Ingredients:
โ€ข All-purpose flour โ€“ 2 cups
โ€ข Warm water โ€“ 1 cup (not hot)
โ€ข Active dry yeast โ€“ 2 tsp
โ€ข Sugar โ€“ 1 tsp
โ€ข Salt โ€“ 1 tsp
โ€ข Butter โ€“ 2 tbsp

Method:
1๏ธโƒฃ Mix warm water, sugar & yeast. Rest for 5โ€“10 minutes until foamy.
2๏ธโƒฃ Add flour, salt & butter. Knead into a soft dough.
3๏ธโƒฃ Rest covered for 1 hour or till doubled in size.
4๏ธโƒฃ Roll the dough. Place diced mozzarella only on the edges in a circle and fold to sealโ€”this creates cheese-stuffed edges.
5๏ธโƒฃ Spread pizza sauce in the center, add veggies, oregano & chilli flakes.
6๏ธโƒฃ Bake at 180ยฐC for 15โ€“18 minutes until the base is cooked and edges are cheesy ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ•

Tip: Always preheat the oven at 180ยฐC for 10 minutes.
