During our trip to Rome, we took some time off to escape the crowded city and fled to the little town of Frascati.
Here we met with Alfredo Minardi, a 9th generation wine maker who gave us a tour of his winery. We drank wine, enjoyed delicious food by chef Luigi and enjoy classical piano by Eduardo.
From beginning to end we had a great genuine Italian experience and we wanted to share a bit of it with you, the Aluxers.
