Gelato and ice cream are the fucking same thing. This thing Is we are able of doing it properly in Italy. In USA you aren't able to cook nothing and you have no fresh products, so you call your ice cream "regular" to convince yourself you are good at something. But it's not regular. Gelato is regular. Your ice cream is just mix powders and food coloring. Regular.
