Ingredients:
* Oil or butter
* Chopped garlic
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* Tomato paste (from 2–3 tomatoes)
* 1–2 green chilies
* Mixed vegetables (as desired)
* Bell peppers
* Corn
* Spices: salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, dried basil, dried parsley
* Pasta (boiled)
* Whole wheat flour
* 1 cup milk
* Cheese
Recipe:
1. Heat a pan and add oil or butter.
2. Add chopped garlic and onion; sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the mixed vegetables and cook well.
4. Add the spices (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, dried basil, and dried parsley), mix well, and cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and keep it aside.
In the same pan, add butter and whole wheat flour. Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously.
5. Gradually add 1 cup of milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, until it turns into a creamy sauce.
6. Add the prepared tomato gravy, broccoli, bell peppers, corn, and boiled pasta to the sauce. Cook for 5–10 minutes on low to medium flame.
7. Add cheese at the end and serve hot. Optionally, serve with grilled chicken.
