  2. Im not as a cook as Drew, but I like to brown my meat and get that crust on the bottom on the pan, then throw in my onions. As the onions cook the moisture they release gets that amazing brown flavor off the bottom of your pan and takes the flavor profile up a couple notches.

  5. That's how I make my German Hachee. I don't cook the noodles in the meat sauce. It's a great dish. (I don't add milk or cheese)
