Some of y’all need to pickup a book. Pneumonia is in the lungs, in the respiratory system….a completely different system than the neurological or cardiovascular system that is associated with feinting.

You can't blame people for thinking it was fake based on how she is and how she has acted. I've had walking pneumonia, have very low sugar, and have fainted quite often. I also did not realize I had fainted, BUT I did know I was wobbly right before I went down. With that said, no, her eyes were not rolled upwards; they were looking straight ahead. She didn't need to put her hands down to brace her fall because she fell against Juicy, which broke her fall. I have also seen a couple of people "fake" pass out. They knew exactly what to do to make it look real. They later came forward and said they faked it. So, we shall see.
