Greek yogurt: 60 g (2.1 oz)
black pepper: 1 g (0.0 oz)
salt: 1 g (0.0 oz)
olive oil: 5 ml (0.2 fl oz)
Sauce
coarse salt: 2 g (0.1 oz)

  1. This is not American. Americans do not call ground-meat, minced-meat. Terms used by America are ground beef, ground chicken, ground turkey, and pork sausage. Sometimes, but rarely ground pork.
    America uses the Imperial system of measurements.

  4. Okay so im Latina and we cook the meat mixture first, mix with tomato sauce..then we fill the pasta and top off with Italian cheeses 🧀

  5. Ma che razza di schifezze fanno? Oregano does not go in minced meat mixture. Onions????? Nooo!! Mint, parsley,grated cheese. If you want to be "exotic" you can add a fresh pork sausage. Northern Italians use besciamella simply made with butter, flour and milk, seasoned with nutmeg. Mix with previously made ragù and cover the pasta. . God forgive them…
    I mean if you like it, fine—but It Is not Italian.
