I love this video as it shows the wonderful experience of dining at Otto e Mezzo Bombana ( in Hong Kong. It’s the only Italian restaurant outside Italy with three MIchelin stars and it deserves every one of them! Here’s a look at my epic black truffle, seven-course lunch, with Italian wine pairings. More than just great food, you have a team of passionate people cooking and serving your food. Aside from a delicious lunch, it’s an educational experience about Italian food and Italian wine.
