That’s why today I’m sharing a homemade healthy pizza recipe that you can easily make at home using simple ingredients and a frying pan—no oven needed.
This pizza is prepared with fresh vegetables, homemade dough, and cooked chicken, making it a balanced and nutritious meal for the whole family. It is light, tasty, and much healthier than restaurant-style pizza.
🍕 How I Made This Homemade Pizza
First, I prepared the dough and kneaded it well until smooth. Then I pressed it gently with my hands and shaped it into a round pizza base according to the desired size. After that, I spread tomato sauce evenly over the base.
Next, I layered fresh vegetables one by one—grated carrot, chopped cucumber, lettuce leaves, sliced capsicum, tomato slices, chopped green chili, and sliced onion. Then I added small pieces of cooked chicken on top of the vegetables. Finally, I sprinkled cheese evenly over everything.
To cook the pizza, I placed it in a frying pan, covered it with a lid, and cooked it on low heat until the base was cooked properly and the cheese melted beautifully. The pizza turned out soft, colorful, and delicious.
