Chapter 1 – “Rome Arrival & Ancient Empire Vibes” (00:00-01:00)
What’s up my people? Today we are doing a vegan tour of Italy, hitting Rome first. We begin in Rome, one of the greatest civilizations on Earth reduced to just ruins. The Roman Empire fell, and we’re currently repeating it right now. The journey begins at the Basilica of Maxentius and the Temple of Romulus – imagining this city at its peak.

Chapter 2 – “Vegan Eats in Rome: Panini, Hazelnut Crumble & Clean Bread” (01:00-02:30)
First vegan food stop at Saparizo: a panini with hazelnut crumble. Observations on how European bread is lighter and cleaner—many chemicals banned compared to American imports. Even vegan egg imports restricted in Europe. “America needs to get their [stuff] together” because here the food is “actual food” and “government not trying to poison everyone to death.”

Chapter 3 – “Pizzeria & Fruit Discovery in Rome” (02:30-03:40)
Stop at Rifugio Romano Pizzeria for bruschetta, carbonara (vegan version) and pasta. Also: bananas wrapped in plastic, and trying a new fruit (cissine) that tastes like a sweeter plum—travel goal: try a new fruit every trip.

Chapter 4 – “Breakfast by the Colosseum & Vegan French-style Croissant” (03:40-04:20)
Morning vegan cappuccino with soy milk by the Colosseum, vegan breakfast cake and a croissant whose filling isn’t too sugary (unlike many American versions). Coffee “just slaps better in Euros.”

Chapter 5 – “Vatican, Faith & Food for Thought” (04:20-05:30)
Exploring the Vatican and its decoration: Jesus emerging from the tomb, bread and wine imagery, pondering: “Yo, if y’all just go vegan and eat some bread, maybe you won’t be dying like you look like you are.” Observations of faith, architecture and how these historical empires mirror our current world.

Chapter 6 – “Rome’s Historic Views & Vegan Dinner Station” (05:30-07:20)
Look at the ancient castle‐towns (Neapolis) on the mountains, the endless ruins. At dinner: “rio fully vegan” meal at the train station—food court, lots of options, a little pricey but solid. Vegan pizza hunt in Jesus name.

Chapter 7 – “Churches, Pantheon & Spanish Steps — Burning Calories with Steps” (07:20-09:50)
Digging into why churches/cathedrals were mega-companies of their time (rich, influence, power). Visit the Pantheon, then climb the Spanish Steps (8,000 steps so far!). Heading to vegan meal at Buddy: potatoes, vegan bacon, Beyond Meat, vegan chicken shredded/ breaded, salad—cheeky Nando’s vibe.

Chapter 8 – “Florence Arrival: Vegano Pasta & Tiramisu Heaven” (09:50-12:00)
Arrive in Florencia (Florence). First stop: Vegano restaurant — pasta “with Satan” (?) very good; vegan tiramisu creamy, custard-like, chocolate powder not too bitter. Small chairs, kid-section vibe. Architecture, art, feeling of the Renaissance.

Chapter 9 – “Architecture, Pizza Roll & Vegan Brunch in Florence” (12:00-20:00)
Marveling at architecture: “these [expletive] knew how to build [expletive].” Vegan pizza: roll it up like burrito, gooey cheese, veggies, mint burst of flavours. Vegan brunch: banana-choc chip pancakes, chickpea omelette with vegan feta, avocado toast. Notes about bread texture, sugar in juice, ice in drinks (rare in Europe) and city vibes.

Chapter 10 – “Venice Maze & Sorbet Dreams” (20:00-28:30)
Arriving in Venice: wandering maze-like city, plant-based pasta take-away, self-salting machine (king). Vegan sorbet at Amarino: lemon, strawberry, chocolate (milk-free) — chocolate so rich. Reflecting on trash cans plaza (why all in one spot?), Templar suit, samurai swords, night scenes.

Chapter 11 – “Final Night in Venice: Bougie Vegan Dinner & Reflection” (28:30-34:41)
Last night dinner: Bougie vegan spot – ravioli with mushrooms & “Satan” (spicy?) inside, vegan blue cheese with jam, pistachio crumble. Gelato cones: mint, pistachio, hazelnut. Reflecting: last night, fly back to the States, end trip with awesome vegan experience. “Peace begins on your dinner plate.” Call to like, comment, subscribe, ask for next destination.
