Nice house. It seems that anywhere you are in Abruzzo the views are all amazing. As you mentioned in the video, the house is turn key. Very nice layout, modern but yet cozy, and beautiful kitchen. The solar panels along with the heat pump and charging stations are a spectacular incentive. I did a google earth of the neighborhood, and indeed it is a peaceful well kept residential area. Thanks for the video!
