I'm not even Italian but saying Americans are winning at pizza is like saying panda express wins at chinese cooking. While I agree that many of the pizza places in Napoli go way too hard on that 90 second rule and the dough could be cooked just a bit more, and probably unpopular oppinion the best Neapolitan style pizza I ate was in Rome not Naples, Neapolitan style pizza generally is far superior to any kind of american copy-cat version including New York or God forbit Chicago (which is not even a pizza if you ask me). I'm pretty sure that even in the US the best pizza is still Neapolitan style.
Great episode lads. On a single day in Chicago I had a Chicago style dog, a Giordanos deep dish pizza and an Italian Beef sandwich, best eating day ever

Hey Guys love the hinge cut if you use the whole part where ya have the short rib and ribeye attached together we often call it an Eisenhower after the President here in The US.
