For this scrumptious heart shape ravioli, you would need 2 different color pasta doughs of your choice. I have recipes on my Instagram and YouTube.
To make red just add 1tbs beet powder or juice to the flour and for the yellow add 2tsp turmeric to the flour.
For the ravioli filling you would need
1 cup ricotta cheese (drain the excess water in a cheese cloth for about 10 min)
1/2 cup parmigiana cheese
2 garlic cloves
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup roasted mushrooms with Italian seasoning and Salt pepper to taste
