It really seems like a great price for that area. I love the character, the beams, and all the natural light. It seems roomy enough too. For me personally though….I'd have to see the bathrooms before I could make an assessment. ☺️
I like it as it is! I like also the imperfect floors and the white beams. I would just change a little bit the furniture. If it had a small garden would be perfect, but really a gem for the price.

I love the Sinalunga area. As I mentioned before, I stayed in Luciano in Sinalunga. I am very interested in purchasing a small property there. Are there rentals available for long term? I know you must already have a property before applying for an Elective Residency Visa. I understand that that can take some time. Your thoughts?
I love everything about this. Chris, I agree with you, I prefer the natural wood color beams but, I wouldn’t go through the expense of sandblasting them.
