Cheesy Suji Hearts are the perfect savory recipe for coming Valentine’s day.
Here we have prepared semolina or suji cutlets, in which the outer layer is made up of beetroot and semolina and stuffed with spinach, sweetcorn, and capsicum along with cheese. Both layers are seasoned with Italian herbs and spices and shallow fried in olive oil.
These cutlets are without using maida, cornstarch, bread crumbs or potatoes as a binding agent.

Ingredients:
FOR OUTER LAYER
1/2 cup finely chopped beetroot
1 cup suji(semolina)
1 cup hot milk
1/2 cup hot water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chilly flakes
1 tsp pasta seasoning(Italian mix herbs)
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste
*some oil to shallow fry
FOR STUFFING
1/2 cup chopped spinach
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
2 tbsp chopped sweet corn
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
A pinch of nutmeg powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp oats
some more cheese for stuffing
