For our second stop, we change things up completely. I’m joined by my wife as we visit a fusion-style soupless ramen shop, tucked inside an Italian restaurant that serves ramen during lunch.

I don't think I've seen you extol the virtues of the soup as much as the らーめん3000, Frank. Must be high praise! Ali (sp) has a lot of poise in front of the camera, but more importantly her discussion was on point, informative, and humorous. If she is up for it, you might break 100k this year!

The only one I know close to tabata is this ramen hero shop which one can say is nearer to kamagome!
