Southern Living Salad

1 package ramen noodles, broken into pieces
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
12 ounces broccoli heads, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Avocado Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Place romaine lettuce, broccoli and green onions in a bowl.

Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Sauté ramen noodles and pecans in butter. Top the salad with noodles and pecans.

Serve dressing separately.
