  5. I had Giant Steps Applejack Pinot Noir 2023 three days ago. It was well made and much better than Sexton and Yarra Valley. I ordered two more bottles the next day.

  7. When looking for wines, do you check on production size or farming techniques as one of the main points or is that something I’m wasting my time with?
