🧾 Ingredient list
3 Celery sticks 1 Bell pepper
1 Big carrot 3 Garlic cloves
2 Onions 100g Pancetta
1 Can of tomatoes 100 ml Broth
50 ml Red wine 1 tbsp Thyme
400 g Minced meat

🥄🔪 Instruction
– Chop vegetables into small, evenly sized cubes, mince garlic, and slice pancetta into thin strips
– On medium heat, fry pancetta until it starts turning golden, then add garlic and fry for 1 minute and then add onion
– When the onion turns white, add the rest of the vegetables and canned tomatoes
– Crush canned tomatoes in the pan, then add broth, wine, and thyme
– Once mixture starts boiling, lower the heat, add minced meat, and break it up in the pan
– Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 3–4 hours—the longer, the better
– Add the milk, let it come to a boil once more, then serve
