It’s an impressive thing to be the only three-Michelin-starred Italian restaurant outside Italy, but to maintain that status for five years proves 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana in Hong Kong is one of the world’s best restaurants. I returned for my second visit (I last had lunch there in October 2015) and had a fantastic seven-course tasting menu.
