A taste of Puglia in Canada 🇨🇦🇮🇹
I learned how to make this authentic Orecchiette there and made it at home in Canada !😋
Whenever I make this, it takes me right back to that sunny kitchen in Puglia. I miss Italy so much! ❤️
Semolina flour is the secret! ✨ I paired it with a simple tomato sauce to let the pasta shine. 🍅 There’s nothing like the chewy, soft texture of fresh handmade pasta—it’s pure comfort! 🤌🏻

No hate at all but why make the pasta from scratch and not the sauce
Why are you in canada
You do all that bullshit to make the pasta then use sauce out of the can?!?
If thats like, kraft cheese or whatever I really suggest to ditch it and get a brick of parmagianno, it's like 10x better and barely more expensive
That sauce has no seasoning or texture 🤢
Oh my you make me miss Italia so much right now
Uses homemade pasta but then proceeded to dump jar sauce and KRAFT "CHEESE" on it 😭😭
Looks like it hits the spot well.
People use what they can and what they got. What is wrong with you people.
Looks like cat puke!
I got no patience to made it from scratch 😂
You gotta make it dry on a wood surface, with a cloth on it on any point of heat. Greetings from Salento

Sloopy and goopy. As expected from Asians trying to cook European food
Spending the time to make fresh pasta and then dumping fake processed cheese all over it… oh dear… I’m sorry…
