Medium pizza, ingredients
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
180 ml warm water
7 g dry active instant yeast
240 g of pizza flour, number 00, Caputo flour
2 tbsp Olive oil, plus more for hand
Kneed 10 minutes by hand, sticky dough (high hydration), small amount so no machine needed
Let rise until double
Cooking time 200 C, 20 minutes or until golden brown
