I made pasta using Filipino longganisa.

Longganisa is almost the same concept and flavor profile
as Italian or Spanish sausage,
so it makes sense to use what’s locally available.

For cheese, I used Edam or queso de bola —
very similar taste to expensive Parmesan.

Simple, practical, and delicious.
