I visited Chiang Mai, Thailand for the first time! I also ate the best Italian food I’ve had since Naples.

Chiang Mai, Thailand is known as the digital nomad capital of the world. A digital nomad is a person who lives location independent, doing work with digital technology (ie computers). I’ve been wanting to visit this city for a long time and I’m thrilled I have the chance now. First things first: I’ve got to eat something that’s not rice and eggs! (My usual meal in Nakhonnayok because vegetarianism is not common in rural Thailand.) Therefore, I set out to find the best Italian food in Chiang Mai.
Pulcinella da Stefano in Chiang Mai serves homemade pasta with fresh ingredients in a quaint Italian-style cafe. I loved eating here as it reminded me of the best little family-owned trattoria I found in Naples, Italy a few months ago. If you’re visiting Chiang Mai and you want a break from Thai food, visit Pulcinella da Stefano for a fabulous meal and some of the best Italian food in chiang mai.
