We ate a lot of amazing food in the Cinque Terre, but one of our favourite dining experiences was at Ristorante Belforte in Vernazza where we were perched on a cliff above the waves watching the sunset.
Biggest surprise for us were the anchovies! These aren’t your supermarket canned anchovies, but fresh from the Ligurian Sea. Yum!
