IF YOU CAN’T COOK….
🔥 This is a super easy quick one pan healthy crispy creamy delicious BAKED GNOCCI and vegetables dish with a creamy spicy sauce! This recipe made 3 serves for me 😁
⭐️ This is all you will need
Gnocci 500g
1 capsicum
1 zucchini
1 red onion
1 can of lentils
A few garlic cloves (or just use garlic powder)
SAUCE
Light Greek yoghurt
Mayonnaise (I used vegan mayo)
Cayenne pepper
Smoked paprika
Olive oil
Tahini
⭐️ This is how easy it is to make okay READY?!…
Rinse lentils and chop all vegetables however you like to enjoy eating them, and then spread across an oven pan with the gnocci mixed in
Drizzle with olive oil then salt + season however you like (I used the paprika and cayenne pepper)
Bake in preheated oven at 200C for between 25-35 minutes, depending how crispy you’d want it
For the SAUCE just combine the following in a bowl ~ 3 tablespoons of the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of tahini and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, a little drizzle of olive oil, and some sprinkles of each seasoning
🤩 DONE! How easy is that? Crunchy, crispy, creamy, spicy, veggie packed goodness!!! 🤤
