Chapel Street’s Caffé e Cucina opened its doors in 1988, since then, things for the most part have – quite beautifully – remained the same. The buzz of Italian waiters and chefs working away; tables dressed in white tablecloths; the opulent brass bar top upon entry; dining areas overlooked by vintage Italian advertisements. This traditionalism applies to the menu, too – with veteran dishes continuing to serve, long after their debutante.
