  1. My new favorite is Pastificio Di Martinoโ€ฆโ€ฆ.A little expensive in the US but worth every pennyโ€ฆ..

  2. Excuse me, I think I'm quite late to this video. It's interesting because the greengrocer brought me some mezzi rigatoni (very similar to the mezze maniche rigate you bought) from La Molisana because he couldn't find the penne I asked for. However, the pleasant surprise I had when trying them was such that from now on it will be what I always ask for. Thank you for teaching us so much about pasta, Vincenzo.

P.S.: I just finished having rigatoni all'arrabbiata for dinner. The first time I tried the dish was a couple of months ago, just before attending the women's football classic (Barรงa-Madrid) in Montjuic, and since then it has become comfort food for me. Simple, powerful, and delicious.

  3. A few months ago I asked if you would be willing to teach us how to make a seedless tomato sauce because my wife has diverticulitis and seeds could potentially kill her from infections. And you said you would be willing to make that video.

I was just wondering if that's still in the works
