I will be visiting villages, towns and cities in Abruzzo and surrounding areas for you. Let’s collaborate. You have shared your stories with me now let’s combine our efforts so I can bring that history to you. I will select stories and areas to explore and visit. We will do the research on your family together as well as the history of the area, see the sights, drink the wine and eat the food as we wander from town to town.

Also Majellacase Experience Tours are at your disposal if you are wanting to make a guided trip to visit Abruzzo to buy a home.

  1. Hi Gina This is a very exciting adventure you are starting and going to take us on. Wish my roots were Italian!! Looking forward to seeing where you take us and some of the great properties.
This property has endless possibilities and one of the views reminds me of a scene in 'Under The Tuscan Sun'.

  2. Hi Gina. Does Italy grant ancestral visas like they have in Ireland? I believe my daughter's (paternal) grandma was born there, Sicilian.

  3. It was good to see a video from you again Gina! I liked and subscribed the minute i discovered you when you bought your flat there! I have watched some videos from even earlier now…because i enjoy you so much! I lived in Germany fir 7 years…including my military assignment there! Italy was always on my bucket list since returning to the states! Now i have to see it through you! I am physically unable to go anywhere…being housebound! 5. I would love to rent a place in Abruzzo. Not buy , just rent. My husband is from Abruzzo but doesn’t feel he wants to always go back to the same place for vacation. We love Italy. We are both Italian. My side is from Calabria.
Having stage 4 breast cancer forces me to look at life differently. I want to go everywhere! So nice to see you again Gina. I hope your recovery goes really well: ❤❤❤

  6. Glad you’re back. My wife and I were in Fara San Martino in December checking up on our little house and enjoying the people and sights. Every time we passed your cutoff coming back from Christmas shopping in Chieti we would say I hope Gina is doing alright after her surgery. We are back in San Antonio and pleased you are doing well. Have fun in San Martino sulla Marucina

  11. Hi Gina. Paola is helping with my home purchase…after I saw her on your channel. The irony is…I'm in the hospital right now after an emergency surgery…but the home is in process. There's no way a little health struggle is going to swash my dream. ❤

  12. Happy New Year! Gina, I am glad you are recuperating, you look good! I think going to towns that subscribers have a connection to is an excellent idea for future content. My maternal grandfather was from a small village in Calabria that I've been researching online. My paternal grandfather is from the north but I don't have much information on his exact location. Both sides of my husband's family are also from the southern region of Italy. So many fascinating places to explore and stories to be told. We are planning a trip to Italy later this year. Look forward to your videos in 2026!

  13. Gina I have to say you look fabulous is great to see you back, Happy new year 2026!!! looking forward to all new things, hope you'll include beach properties. Keep shining Gina ✨️

  14. Hi Gina my father in law was born and raised in Ofena in province of L'Aquila. Do you think you could visit that town as part of a video? Its been more than 20 years than I have seen it.

  15. Hi Gina! My great grandparents were from near Piazza, Province of Cuneo, in Northern Italy. The home you showcased is gorgeous! The terrain in Abruzzo sure looks like Northern California. I hope your PT goes well, I'm sending you healing vibes. ✌️❤️

  16. You look so pretty Gina. You’ve been through some setbacks but you are a warrior! You’ve are a fighter & that’s what makes your channel so special! You just dust off the bad stuff & off you go with your positive & spunky personality!
