As the house unfolds, so does the story of the land: panoramic views of the Aegean, a dramatic hillside of terraces, and a design that leans into history as much as it does the horizon.

When we arrived to film the Aimasia Residence, we kept the camera rolling from the very beginning – capturing the full walk-through with architect Praxitelis Kondylis as he introduced us to the house for the first time.
