Discover Le Calandre – Container Edition, a luxury fine-dining restaurant concept inspired by the world-renowned Le Calandre in Rubano, Padua, reimagined through modular container architecture.
This design uses 6 interconnected shipping containers across two levels to create an intimate yet poetic 50-seat Michelin-style dining experience. Rooted in Venetian minimalism, the architecture blends dark anthracite metal, warm Italian wood, and soft glazing, allowing light, silence, and culinary emotion to shape the space.
Inside, the atmosphere is intentionally calm and sensory—muted tones, polished oak, handcrafted ceramics, and warm golden lighting reflect Massimiliano Alajmo’s philosophy of emotional, ingredient-driven cooking. The main dining hall offers direct visual connection to the chefs, while aromas from the open kitchen gently enhance the dining narrative.
A unique highlight is the first-floor chef’s table terrace, positioned above the kitchen—an exclusive tasting platform designed for curated experiences and private culinary storytelling. All service, utility, and restroom blocks are discreetly placed to preserve a seamless guest journey.
