Giulia and Katia run one of the only two restaurants in Tuscany, Italy serving dishes cooked in testi. And there are only two artisans making the cast iron testi. Their names are on the testi, along with the name of the nearby city Pontremoli, and the name of the region Lunigiana.

Dear @claudia-romeo in Serbia, and generally all over Western Balkans, we have something very similar, it's called sač (satch). The difference is that here we additionally cover it with burning coal and wood, just in order to keep the temperature.
Lamb, veal and potatoes prepared like this is the best!!!
