When Disney World decided to revamp their famous Fort Wilderness resort by modernizing their cabins, Grace and Jacob jumped on the opportunity to purchase one of the original rustic cabins. For under $50k, the tiny house was purchased and delivered to their chosen parking spot. What an innovative, affordable, and quick way for young people to become 1st time homeowners! In this episode, Grace and Jacob take us on a tour of their 500 sq foot single-level tiny home, which is gorgeously decorated for Christmas.

These dogs are the most loving and child safe you can find……….Id a friend with one 30 yrs ago and it was the most gentle,friendly thing – with everyone.
500 plus Square feet IS NOT a tiny house but the "Park Model" had an interesting layout. As for the couple showing it I couldn't decide if they were just nervous in front of the camera or were they really that joyless? Is it that "their society" pressed them too hard into the "Milk Toast" mould? Someone please yell "SMILE" next time. That is if "their society" allows that sort of abandon. (?)
Great cabin. If you eliminate the microwave (they are toxic, seriously) and the dishwasher (we have working hands. I wash as I go, Italian through and through) then you have more cabinet space! I personally want the stackable washer and dryer so I don’t have to share that with others. I am a neat and clean freak and only my clothes go into my washer and dryer. Otherwise you have a great place! I live in 600’ and this is fine! ❤
