  1. Also I will quietly admit I love cooking chicken like this, but I always succeed in getting either the little stick bone or the cartilage caught in the chicken😂

  2. This is not exclusive from Italy. This is a traditional broth in any Mediterranean and even asian countries. France, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Greece, Italy, all of them have a similar chicken broth with very small differences but almost the same recipe. Actually Greece and Ancient China are the regions accepted as the origin of this recipe, and nowadays it is widely spread in all Mediterranean countries, and it is a broth which heals the soul.
