3 Meat Italian Fagioli with Ditalini
2 lbs Ground Bishops
2 lbs Ground Sirloin
2 lbs Italian Sausage
6 stalks celery diced
2 medium onion diced
6 carrots diced
6 cloves garlic crushed
4 cartons (4 cups each) chicken broth
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 cup red wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper
4 tablespoons Olive oil
Grated parmesan
Cooked Ditalini
Step 1: sauté diced onion, celery and carrots with olive oil season with salt and pepper until onion translucent. Add crushed garlic
Step 2: brown bison, sausage & sirloin season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: add tomato sauce and Spaghetti sauce then stir
Step 4: add red wine vinegar and chicken broth
Step 5: add Italian season
Step 6: bring to fully boil then turn down simmer for 45 minutes
Step 7: sever with cooked Ditalini and top with grated Parmesan.
