2 sheets korean fish cakes (optional)
2 scallions
salt, pepper, msg to taste

SAUCE~
1 tbsp gochugaru
1.5 tbsp gochujang
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice wine or mirin
1 tbsp black vinegar
1/2 c pasta sauce
200g soft tofu, cubed

garnish w/ scallion, sesame seed, flaky salt, sesame/olive oil & black vinegar! (even Parmesan tastes good on it :0)
