This video is part 4 of our 5-part series where we dine at our top 5 Italian restaurants at Walt Disney World to determine which one we think is the best. The table-service restaurants featured in this series are Trattoria al Forno at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort, Tony’s Town Square Restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park, Il Mulino at the Swan Resort, Ravello at the Four Seasons, and Via Napoli at EPCOT.

Via Napoli has long been regarded by Disney fans as a must-try Italian experience. Run by the Patina Restaurant Group, Via Napoli aims to capture the essence of Naples, the birthplace of pizza. The restaurant’s interior features mosaics that reflect the landscapes and foliage of Napoli, while its high-heat, wood-fired ovens are designed to resemble stone faces, each named after an active Italian volcano.

The pizza here is the star. The flour is imported from Naples, and the water is calibrated to match the exact pH level of Napoli pizza. Many consider this Disney’s best in-park pizza. However, it’s worth noting that this style of pizza isn’t crispy; the dough has a chewier texture, and the sauce offers a lighter, sweeter flavor.

While we certainly consider Via Napoli EPCOT’s best Italian restaurant, it’s up for debate whether it’s the best overall at Disney World. The pizza is undeniably a standout, but many of the other menu offerings often go overlooked. Although we’ve enjoyed our experiences here, we don’t always think of it as our go-to spot when craving authentic Italian flavors. That said, we can’t deny the restaurant’s commitment to authentic preparation and taste.

In this video, we break down everything Via Napoli has to offer: how to get here, their signature dishes, the full menu, how it compares to other Italian spots at EPCOT, and how it stacks up against other Italian restaurants at Walt Disney World. Join us for a night of pizza, salad, Italian landscapes, and plenty of carbs at EPCOT!

  1. We also enjoy the salad and pizza at Via Napoli and have had great service. We haven't tried any pastas or parm here yet, May need to try. Enjoying the series. Merry Christmas!! ❤

  2. I love that pizza. So delicious. I've never tried anything else on the menu because I can't resist the pizza. My only quibbles with Via Napoli are that it's so loud and also I seem to always get the worst table- they really cram some two tops in awkward spots. Can't wait to see what you think of Ravello and how you rank all of these. Totally agree that the Italy festival booth is one of Disney's biggest mysteries. Why is it always so bad??? Wishing you both a very Merry Christmas!

  3. Next time your in NY a must pizza to try is DiMaggio’s Hicksville . If I could FedEx it I would lol it’s that good.

  4. I love all of your, "Is __ the best?" series. I look forward to watching each one before you release them. Great job, guys! Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

  5. It didn’t look too bad but the previous video was the best to me so far.

Great video again ❤️❤️ can’t wait to see the last one!

  6. Great Video Sam and Jay, we have been here a few times and always really enjoy it. We shared the mezzo metro pizza and it was huge but our two teen boys loved it. I hope you both have a wonder Christmas!

  7. If you pop a couple edibles before dining your senses are enhanced to parabolic levels. Solid content to vibe with. I haven't stolen a car since 1972. Became a foody of sorts. Watching from Aspen, CO.

  8. That really bugs me about the salad only served to two people! As someone who has no choice, but, mostly, to dine alone…😢 it makes me sad…

  9. We love Via Napoli! We often eat there two times during our vacations. For our family of four we always get the Metro size pizza – it feeds our whole family and can actually make eating there more economical. Looking forward to the last video in the series.

  10. I know I’m in the minority, but I did not care for this restaurant. The pizza was average at best, definitely lacking in sauce. The salad was pretty good. It was very loud. Service wasn’t great. It was a one and done for us.

  11. Oh you guys should have gotten the Strawberry Acqua Fresca – it is SO good! Especially on a hot park day.
