This travel podcast answers the question which is better – Greek Food or Italian Food? Here we compare popular Greek foods such as “gyros/souvlaki, moussaka, gemista, ravani, gigantes flaki” against popular Italian foods such as “Pizza, Bruschetta, Lasagna, Tiramisu, Pasta, Risotto” and lots of others!
After traveling to Greece for 10 days and spending a month of our lives in Italy, we definitely have strong opinions on our experiences with both cuisines. This topic was actually inspired by a video of Gordon Ramsay stating he prefers Greek food over Italian food, which seemed like a really hot take at the time!
At the end of the day, we love both cuisines and had a lot of fun reminiscing about the amazing food we have eaten from both countries. Let us know your thoughts down in the comments below – which is better, Italian or Greek Food?

you dont know how to make comparisons at all… bruschetta is crunchy and stuff grape leaves are mushy how they hell do you compare those when they have opposite textures! Musaka has no pasta! Why do you compare it to lasagna its dumb! compare Musaka to egg plant parmigiana instead and start making some sense ! if you like to talk of lasagna then you should compare it to pasticcio! lasagna wins of course … stuffed grapes should be compared to stuff peppers with arborio risotto… of course that would win also
That would be like comparing a ferrari to a short school bus
