tomato paste: 20 g (0.7 oz)
garlic: 10 g (0.4 oz)
coarse salt: 10 g (0.4 oz)
black peppercorns: 7 g (0.2 oz)
oregano: 1 g (0.0 oz)
mozzarella: 150 g (5.3 oz)
cooking cream: 150 g (5.3 oz)
water: 1 l (34 pt)
salt: 4 g (0.1 oz)
penne pasta: 250 g (8.8 oz)
lemon: 1 pc
black pepper: 1 g (0.0 oz)
Additionally
cherry tomatoes: 150 g (5.3 oz)
cucumbers: 1 pc
parsley: 8 g (0.3 oz)
avocado: 1 pc
salt: 1 g (0.0 oz)
oregano: 1 g (0.0 oz)
olive oil: 10 ml (0.3 fl oz)

  2. There was already so much oil in the pan to cook tomatoes then u add so much unhealthy cheese und heavy cream I mean does it really have to be so fatty ?? 🫣🫣

  3. Too much grease in the Pam, I would steam the tomatoes, and cut the cheese and cream in half, too much fat and grease otherwise.

  4. The pasta should have been cooked and cooled and set aside before the sauce was even started! “Mice en place” folks (look it up) everything in its place aka order of operations.🙄

  5. Boil the tomatoes then sive and peel them. put them in a frying pan with drizzle of olive oil and 1 tbsp of tomato paste. Everything else is OK.
    This is way healthier then frying them in all that oil. Just my take 😊
