Brown Butter & Corn Pasta:
Ingredients:
Corn 1 cup
Pasta (any) 1 packet
Brown butter 1/2 stick
Cheese (grated) ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Garlic cloves 3
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Lemon slice 1
Parsley (chopped) for garnish
Method:
Heat brown butter add garlic and sauté well. Then add corn, pasta, salt and red chili flakes. Toss well. In the end add cheese and garnish with lemon slice and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
Mocha Coffee Cooler:
Ingredients:
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Dry milk powder 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Ice (crushed) ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Whipped cream for garnish
Method:
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well. In the end garnish with whipped cream and serve.
Spicy Chicken Cone:
Ingredients For Cone:
Wheat 1 cup
Flour 1 cup
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Oil 2 tsp
Water as required
Oil for frying
Cone mold or as required
aluminum foil
to make a corn shape
Ingredients For Filling:
Chicken (shredded) 1 cup
Cabbage (shredded) ½ cup
Carrot (shredded) 2 tbsp
Egg (boiled) 1
Salt, pepper to taste
Cumin 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato (chopped) 1
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tsp
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
For the cone, in a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well. Then leave it for a while. Now spread the dough well and cut it. Then apply water on the corn mold and make the corns out of the dough. Now heat oil and deep fry them well. For the filling heat oil and sauté cabbage and carrot. Then add chicken, salt, pepper, cumin and soy sauce. Mix well. Now add tomato, egg, green chilies and fresh coriander. Mix well. In the end fill the mixture in the corns and serve hot.
