Gingerbread Pull-Apart Focaccia! Why deck the halls when you can deck the balls? This is my sixth pull apart focaccia in the series and it might be my favorite yet.
Soft sourdough chunks get dipped in molasses vanilla butter, rolled in a spiced sugar blend (ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice), then baked until golden and caramelized. The dimpling technique pushes that spiced sugar into the dough for gorgeous marbled swirls. Finish with a simple vanilla icing drizzle and you’ve got the ultimate Christmas breakfast.
It’s like my viral cinnamon roll pull apart but on steroids. Perfect for holiday brunch, Christmas morning, or honestly just Tuesday when you want something festive without rolling out dough and pretending you’re good at decorating.
