Yeah, congrats and all of that…but what is italian cuisine really? Can you give some credits to the Greeks that were practically all over the south? (Even Napoli is Greek! Stromboli, etc!), to the Arabs, the Vikings, the germanic tribes from north Europe and let's not forget: the introduction of the tomato that came from Latin America? All of this contributed to the eating culture, don't forget. So, really….how "italian" is italian cuisine?
