I went to Osteria Pastella in Florence to try their famous flaming Parmesan-wheel tagliatelle. They torch a giant cheese wheel and toss the pasta right in the flames – loud, dramatic, and totally unhinged in the best way. Eating it felt like having pasta cooked inside a fire show.

I watched your videos in Italy and you collected a compilation of tourist traps…when you come in Italy you should look for family restaurants avoiding the city centre of tourist towns like Rome and Florence. As an italian I would not eat in any of the places you ate at.
