  1. Italian pasta and Chinese "pasta" are completely different and developed in a completely different way. Plus, if you only compare spaghetti and noodles, of course they're going to look similar. Literally no one in Italy only eats spaghetti, we mainly eat other kinds of pasta that are completely different from Chinese noodles.

  2. Although “American food” is really bad, and I have never heard of “American” food, we have to give them credit. Tomatoes, a staple in Italian diets have originated from the Americas, so have potatoes and many other important fruits and vegetables used in other cuisines.
