Our first Michelin star experience, and it started with a bang!
We visited D.One, a one Michelin star restaurant in Abruzzo, Italy, and went for the full nine course tasting menu. Over three hours we were taken on a journey through local ingredients, creative techniques, and a few unexpected twists along the way.
In this video, we show exactly what itβs like to dine here leaving no stone unturned. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the price. Weβll share the good, the bad, and everything in between so you can decide if itβs really worth it.
The standout for us was the amuse bouche β small, clever, unique, and bursting with flavour.
The people who work there are very passionate and knowledgable. Overall it was an excellent experience.

It really was something special. At first, we felt like we had to stick to a few rules, which felt odd as paying customers. However once we relaxed into that, we could see why it works. Have you ever had a similar experience?
This was very informative. Gives me a a good idea of what the dining experience is like at D. One. Thanks!
We enjoyed watching this! π
