earlier in the year i was craving Italian food and my friend ray recommended to check out carmelina’s restaurant in Markham. We found out from the staff that they have been open for more than 30 years – which is crazy in this economy. But to establishments like these that offer great service, delicious food and make you feel welcomed – they will last the test of time.

Risotto is a rice dish, and NO it doesn't have to have mushrooms in it to be a Risotto! A risotto can be just rice, you can add just about anything in a risotto. There is seafood risotto, shrimp risotto, saffron risotto, asparagus risotto…etc..Your friend should learn how to pronounce 'Al dente' and 'Bruschetta' …LOL..
